A Lytham mum of three has realised her childhood dream by opening a shop in the town. As a young child Saffron Milligan would visit the resort on day trips from her home in Blackburn and decided as a five-year-old that she’d love to one day have a business there.
‘I can’t believe that I’ve actually done it,’ said Saffron, who held a launch party in the shop on Park Street.
The shop, called Little Emporium, stocks clothes by Paul Smith Junior, Ralph Lauren and Diesel among other brands and Saffron added: ‘Running my own business is quite daunting, but I am putting a lot of work into it and I’m loving it.’
